This review is solely in regards to the great customer service of the company. I do use and abuse my power adapter since my Toshiba laptop is my main gateway to the internet and everyday use of communications. I had contacted the company in regards to the non-functioning adapter I had encounter after 8 months of use. I have had horrible experiences with other adapters sold from other vendors but this company has a reliable and very friendly customer service.
